I love writing songs and essays; I love singing. I love thinking and talking about the timeless, universal aspects of life that make it, and the human race, so fascinating. I especially love exploring the relationship with self and how that affects the quality of life for the individual, and how that then affects the collective. 

I love life. It’s so interesting. 

Ultimately, I love to focus on the good. I believe that when all distractions, fears and excuses are done away with, we all want the same feelings of peace and joy. I believe in uplifting the collective by addressing the individual; the happier we are with ourselves, the happier the world will be as a whole.

I was a waitress for many, many years and one of the things I truly enjoyed about it was the simple joy I was able to provide for people during every shift. My approach was simple; I gave the service that I would want to receive. I had countless encounters with people, entertaining and caring for them, helping them enjoy their experience. As an Artist I have retained that same perspective; I am now giving what I want to receive from Art. My work is here to help you feel good, enjoy your life and expand your mind.
